This LP of selected past Ildjarn tracks picks some of the most definitive works from predominantly the earlier style of Ildjarn, and thus makes a great black metal album. Yet, if wanting a peek at his more ambient work, the LP "Landscapes" is better. This LP is more in line with “Det Frysende Nordariket” and I love the feeling created in the rhythms of Ildjarn’s BM! There is a profound energy in the raw simplicity with a techno beat structure & ambient melodic riffs.
Favorite track: Et Glimt.
